Who we are
Alash Tourism is a licensed tour operator registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, with its office at Dostyk Avenue 100, office 12, Almaty 050000, Kazakhstan.
What we collect
When you send a request or create an account we store your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size and your message. For visa services we also process the passport and supporting documents you share with us.
Why we use it
We use your data only to answer your request, prepare bookings and visa applications, and contact you about your trip. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with partners needed to deliver your service, such as hotels, transport providers, insurers and state authorities for visa processing.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. We keep request data for as long as needed for the service and legal accounting.
