This public offer sets out the terms on which Alash Tourism provides tour, visa support and event services. Sending a request and paying for a confirmed service means you accept these terms.
2. Services
The scope, dates, price and inclusions of each service are confirmed in writing in a booking confirmation or invoice sent to the client.
3. Prices and payment
Prices on the website are indicative and shown per person in US dollars. Payment is made in tenge at the exchange rate on the day of payment, unless agreed otherwise.
4. Cancellation
Day tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Multi-day tours and packages follow the cancellation terms stated in the booking confirmation.
5. Visa services
Alash Tourism prepares and submits applications but the decision to issue a visa belongs to the state authorities. Service fees cover the work performed and are not refunded in case of refusal.
6. Liability
The company is responsible for the quality of services it provides directly and for the careful selection of partners. Travelers follow the safety instructions of their guide.
